Rebecca received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2006, and has been an estate planning attorney committed to demystifying the process with an accessible, holistic, and compassionate approach ever since. Serving both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, she works with her clients to craft plans that meet their goals, whether it be Estate Planning (i.e., Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, etc.) or estate administration following the loss of a loved one. Rebecca can provide advice on legacy creation, business succession planning, generational wealth transfers or tax and Medicaid planning.
Rebecca's professional experience also includes charitable planning for individuals and nonprofits. She has worked with and consulted for a variety of charities and donors such as the Rhode Island Foundation and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. She is personally committed to her community and volunteers her time, which includes board service for the RI Women’s Bar Association and the Nowell Leadership Academy. Her passion includes enabling greater access to legal services and diverse and inclusionary space in the legal field. As such, she is the Chair of the DEI Committee through the RI Women’s Bar Association and has served on the RI Bar Association’s DEI Task force since 2020.
Through her experience at large-scale firms and prominent foundations, and now operating her own practice, Rebecca is able to provide a high level of service without the high cost that is often associated with estate planning or estate administration work.
